Consultation

This is where Danielle will sit with you and get to know what you desire to achieve and how your body is currently functioning.

During your consultation session you will be asked various questions regarding: the health goals you desire to achieve, your health history, your current lifestyle, your current eating and exercise habits, how your body is currently functioning, how well you are coping with stress in your life, and more.

This is an extensive chat to get to know you and an idea of where your health is at so that solutions can be discovered and explored that will guide you to a healthier state of being.

 

Your Functional Nutrition Plan

As everyone’s bodies, lifestyle, needs and desires (in regards to their health) is different every plan will be structured differently.
